Ultrasonic Welding Machine

Ultrasonic welding machine:

Ultrasonic welding is an industrial process whereby high-frequency ultrasonic acoustic vibrations are locally applied to workpieces being held together under pressure to create a solid-state weld. It is commonly used for plastics and metal, and especially for joining dissimilar materials. In ultrasonic welding, there are no connective bolts, nails, soldering materials, or adhesives necessary to bind the materials together. When applied to metals, a notable characteristic of this method is that the temperature stays well below the melting point of the involved materials thus preventing any unwanted properties which may arise from high temperature exposure of the materials.

APPLICATIONS IN VARIOUS INDUSTRIES:

The applications of ultrasonic welding are extensive and are found in many industries including electrical and computer, automotive and aerospace, medical, and packaging. wires, microcircuit connections, sheet metal, foils, ribbons and meshes are often joined using ultrasonic welding. Ultrasonic welding is a very popular technique for bonding thermoplastics.

Features:
Equiped with high performance ultrasonic metal spot welding power supply, automatically tracking the frequency of the transducer with two control modes of time and energy.

ultrasonic welding has low requirement on the metal surface, no need to scrape the oxide layer or electroplating layer and the welding efficiency and quality are high.

the welding material does not need to be melted, does not change the material charecteristics, and has no pollution.

can realize the welding between different metal materials, such as nickel+ copper, copper + aluminium etc.

after welding, the metal material conducts electircity, has good thermal conductivity and extremely low resistivity, which is suitable for welding of conductive materials.

the welding time is short, without any flux, shielding gas and filler.
